-Orchestra Pits

The outer pit accommodates 16 musicians. With the apron lowered, it accommodates approximately 40 musicians. The outer pit is 1.850 metres (with the loss of Row A seating). The cost of raising or lowering the pit is to be agreed with the Technical Manager no later than 3 days prior to arrival in the theatre.

-Loading Facilities

The truck loading dock is situated is through the Moray Place DCC public car park. Prior arrangement with the Technical Mis required to book this facility.

PLEASE NOTE No vehicles may be parked in the stage door laneway area. The nearest available parking to the theatre is in an adjacent “Pay & Display” DCC car park. Please discuss your unloading and parking requirements with the Technical Manager before arriving at the Regent Theatre.

-The Dressing Room Complex

A Tannoy stage call system is installed in this area. All dressing rooms contain showers, toilets and hand basins.

	5 dressing rooms are located at stage level (maximum 4 persons each).
	3 dressing rooms are located on the 1st floor (approximately 20 persons each).

A kitchen and Green Room are available for use on the 1st floor.
A wardrobe area with laundry, drying facilities and an iron and ironing board are available for use in the basement.

Additional charges will apply if cleaning requirements involve removing stains (body paint, make-up etc) and/or repairing damage to property. The Hirer and Theatre Management shall come to agreement about any such charges prior to settlement of the account.
